|Reviews for The Shadow within|
| Louise chapter 21 . 1/16
I really enjoyed your writing but yes I agree it was a bit too 'and this is how it ends' the last few chapter s seemed rushed n there's no way alot of the character we knew would have been so accepting of the dark side! But all in all I couldn't put it down and I did want to keep reading on so well done. The master is a hard act to follow and at least most of your writing was to his ilk. A lot better than most of the stuff on this site. I look forward to reading more by you. Thanks for giving me a good read over the last week.

This is great! I love your version of Mesaana, Keep up the good work!

This story is wrong in MANY ways! Turning doesnt happen in a matter of minutes, and women cannot turn women quickly, but they can turn men quickly, and vice versa. Yet still, "quickly" means at least a good few hours (8 at least)
not mere minutes like you have described.
And Rand DOES have the ability to see Darkfriends, remember when he lines up the High Lords of Tear?
your story is SO off and gives the Shadow too much of a chance, when in fact, the Pattern was against them.
How did they figure out Tuon could channel? there's too much you didnt answer..
not a good story.

I have a hard time believing there is only one review! Started this last night and haven't been able to get away wanting to know what's next! Sometimes the action does slow, and it seems that some of the players 'know' things that haven't been explained but I haven't read the last book yet so maybe that's part of what's going on. And I am disappointed that I have just started chapter 11 and haven't heard hide nor hair from Verin since the beginning - but she was always one of my favorites. Either way, going to keep reading until I'm through. Thank you for all the time you put into this! - Debby

This has been such a good story (well up until the last couple of chapters.) Great writing combined with an in depth look at the lives of some unusual characters, the way the Sheriam justifies her allegiance and such is most interesting. Seems like the story ran out of steam towards the end, hopefully you will revise and expand the last couple of chapters when AMoL comes out! Thanks for all this hard work
