HE KNOWS Ziva could never come back and also? SHE ASSAULTED HIM AND HAD HIM KIDNAPPED. As if he'd want to cover up! Clearly, you've never been betrayed by a friend or someone close because the reaction sure as hell isn't THIS. Do some research or something. Geez.

Er...small point of order: SEALS are not allowed to operate stateside. It's illegal. They'd have used Marines.

with how off the rails she went, I think insanity ran in that family. I agree with Tony, those agents had to know their orders were insane and highly illegal and should have had to do more than pay some money for damages. it was episodes like the one leading into this story that made the whole TonyZiva relationship stupid to me. He deserved better.
