Great read, unpredictable throughout. Thanks for providing it. I might have enjoyed a brief epilogue of sorts seeing another, more family-oriented interaction between Naruto, Ino and Inojin down the line, but this was a good kind of ending too.

I have finished this story, and it is simply magnificent! A well thought out Naruto story that still contains lessons that can be learned and are relevant. Relationships that don't end either happily ever after or in bad break-up are scattered throughout this story, and it's a very realistic feeling, moreso than most stories on . I applaud this story and Livezinshadowz for giving a mature story that is faithful to ninjutsu and Naruto, and still makes you think. Simply Magnificent!

I'll admit, I wasn't expecting that ending. I don't mean that in any negative way, I guess I was just anticipating more development of Naruto's worldview and relationship with Ino and Inojin. I suppose that's the beauty of an open-ended conclusion, I can imagine the story goes on however I want.

That being said, if you have an epilogue in mind, like you wrote for Cost of Living, I wouldn't complain. I love this dynamic between the characters, it's very interesting and I'd be happy to see where you think it goes.

Bit of a tangent, but does Inojin essentially translate to "son of Ino"? I know that "-jin" is the Japanese particle used to describe a person from a place (e.g. American amerika-jin, Japanese person nihon-jin), but I don't know if it's used the same way in a naming context.

Anyways, great story, as usual. At some point I'll reread it all at once to get a more cohesive experience, and maybe I'll have more opinions then. Looking forward to your next one! Will it be the Family of the Abandoned story, or one not yet on your list?

I came to this story after reading The Cost Of Living. At first I was a little reluctant to read this story because I didn't know how much Zetsu could really contribute to Naruto's training.

Damn, this is a masterpiece. Some parts from early chapters felt a bit bashing-like but you still didn't lose yourself to the pleasure of turning the fic into a sink.
