![]() ![]() ![]() The first scripture to be read is called the Komyo Shingon. It was popular in Japan 900 years ago, but it is not in Japanese but in Sanskrit. The alphabetical pronunciation is "oṃ amogha vairocana, mahāmudrā maṇi padma jvāla pravarttaya hūṃ". This roughly means, "O Great One, Dainichi Buddha. O great one with the great mark, O jewel, O lotus flower. Let your light shine forth". The next phrase, "奈落に歌うは六根清浄(Naraku ni utau wa rockkonshoujou)" is in Japanese. It means, "Singing in the abyss is the purification of the six roots". |
![]() ![]() ![]() Nothing is the only real truth, and by holding onto nothing the world becomes meaningful and beautiful because you have no attachments. If life is always easy you will not find happiness, after horrible struggles you then will see how wonderful things truly are. Life will be enjoyed when you find peace after war. The truth is not always real because everyone creates their own truth and meaning in this world. Everything and nothing are one in the same, the finite and the infinite are one in the same. One cannot exist with out the other. You cannot be happy without being sad. Life will just push you along in the waves. Even though your life is finite, your existence is infinite. Be present and live in the moment, let your mind be blank and love the now. We are all one with the universe. All he wants is to enjoy the beauty that is living and existing and he never wants it to end. Let go and finally be alive. That is his meaning to life. |
![]() ![]() ![]() Banks would NOT be allowed to fail to insure against theft by a specific individual. That's NOT how the law works, and they wouldn't want to fail to insure anyway - it'd look really bad. It's really straining my suspension of disbelief that somehow this bank is so incompetent that they both fail to insure against all types of theft, and fail to keep enough funds around to compensate just 3 customers (albeit rich customers) for stolen money. |
