I think it would be really cool if, at the moment when Shirou fully masters Kagutsuchi, he gains the ability to fully manifest UBW in the TV world. It's worth noting that this won't make Shirou overpowered for the HGW, since he won't have enough mana to do it in the real world. This power-up can also be stylishly presented for Shirou by changing the red fire of his Kagutsuchi to blue flames that devour the surrounding reality, changing it into a lifeless wasteland full of swords.

By the way, I can't wait to see where this story goes in the future. It would be an interesting twist if, after your version of the HGW, you decided to adapt the events of Persona 5 with Shirou as the main protagonist, who will be able to fulfill his dream of saving every person, even the most distorted ones, by stealing their hearts. Following your timeline, of course, the events would have to be moved from a high school setting to a college one, but in my opinion, it would be even better since you would be able to bring back the characters from Inaba, many of whom have various motivations for moving away from their town, even if only temporarily. As for Shirou's motivation, I think fake Igor will be able to convince him that he needs to be in Tokyo to prevent the impending crisis. Also, it's worth remembering that Kiritsugu probably created a backup plan for Shirou in case his enemies find out about Shirou's existence, and quite possibly gave his son a few addresses of people he can contact in case of trouble, one of which could be Sojiro Sakura himself! You could even make Sojiro a former Magus who gave up on pursuing the Root to live a normal, calm, and happy life. However, I'd still be happy if you didn't go that route and ended your story with the HGW arc. Looking forward to the next chapter!

Loved the chapter, and I hope that Sacchin lives on in Yosuke's Persona, maybe even give it a little boost here and there depending on the emotions "tying" them; Corny, but when something is sweet like that I at least like it regardless.

I was expecting 2 or 3 more chapters for you to wrap up this arc, but this is a welcome early end, overall a good closure. One small nitpick I have is the use of the word "prana", it is a made up term, a "fanon" so to speak, it being spam constantly in this chapter is kinda jarring to read for me lol.
