Rye is actually one of my favorite characters. He’s so funny

This was just fantastic. It was heartbreaking to see Peeta struggle so much, but I loved what you did with his relationship with Katniss. Also, I’m such a fan of Rye, and I loved how humorous the two brothers ended up being. Loved this so much!

This really needs a sequel.

I just adored this story. The slightly warmer Katniss. The brotherly relationship she has with Gale. I think Mr. Mellark and Rye had me laughing out loud several times. I appreciate the honest ending and it's not like oh suddenly he's all better. Life doesn't work that way, it's just accepting the new normal and I think this story did that well. I hope you are still writing. Thanks for sharing!

I love this fic, but everyone other than katniss, peeta and twaine are so unlikeable! I mean that's good writing tho haha I actually prefer rye to madge at least he's more upfront, I just want to strangle madge and gale
