Wow,... Would have loved a full story but I'm OK with this...still loving it
| amr56 chapter 1 . 3/29/2015
This story is interesting from Loki's perspective. It's just so sad, even though he's thinking about how he conquered the world and got Jane to marry him. Thanks for sharing!

| clandestine.elegance chapter 1 . 12/4/2013
I am so, so, SO glad you did one in Loki's point of view! I can't decide which I like better - this or the first. Maybe this one. Great job!
| jeadamized chapter 1 . 9/1/2013
Wow! Loki is so sick and twisted! Well, of course this happy ending for him,i would understand Jane's reaction to it. The gradual acceptance was so subtle and implied, so I guess she has learned to "forgive" him? Thank you doing this.
| Maia2 chapter 1 . 7/28/2013
Darn Loki is such a twisted, twisted individual. I really like that you keep that about him here, that there's no repentance but for the pain in Jane. That he was totally methodic in getting her, that he deliberately isolated her. I loved his (non)reaction to Thor's death.
Really twisted and scary and yet sad and poignant.
| jackiemack916 chapter 1 . 7/15/2013
Beautiful. I like how Loki tries to justify the torture of that Chitauri just because he defied orders. Nothing to do with Thor's death... sure.
| AdrenalineRush16 chapter 1 . 7/1/2013
YES! I loved By Candlelight - finding this companion fic was a treat. :) Nice work!
| starhawk2005 chapter 1 . 4/25/2013
Of course Loki would know about Jane's yearly visits. Kinda hard to fool THE God of Mischief and Lies. ;D
Nice job! *applauds*
| Cindy Svensson chapter 1 . 3/13/2013
This was incredily realistic. Very plausuble in every way. I am so creeped out right now. If I hadn't read the first part with Jane's more healthy POV first I might have wondered about your sanity, but from Jane's perspective it's more comforting. Creepy as hell, but Loki is a twisted one. Kind of hoping for a sequel with Jane killing Loki so her child won't grow up to be like him.
But, I really wish there had been a non-con or dub-con warning. It did warn for angst, and I'm not sure if it should count as rape in a trial(specially since Loki was probably to insane to see her fear) but Jane was accepting the inevitable, probably completely in martyrdoom. So it's a bit triggery, and a dub-con warning might have been in place. I know that some days (for example after talking about rape in RL) I'm really not in the mood for it. Of course, it is a Loki fic. Not completely suprising for any reader, I suppose.
Btw, that's also a bit clear in Lokiday, since Loki hurting Jane is mentioned; is it non-con that leads to consensual sex or what did Jane mean? If they're going to fall in love and it started as non-con, I might have to stop reading it. Would be a shame, since that fic is very interesting and made me laugh a lot.
| Megingjoro chapter 1 . 3/1/2013
I find it funny that amidst all the angst and suffering that was portrayed in this fic, I am left feeling quite satisfied (almost happy) with this ending.
I'm really glad you made a fic out of Loki's POV. :)

beautiful story,a bit sad for thor and the avengers but beautiful for how you decribed loki and jane realtionship.
| Hiei's Cute Girl chapter 1 . 1/19/2013
You know, for some reason, I like them better together than her and Thor. It feels like he would never be able to catch up to her, somehow.
Loved it! I mean, the ending of her with him was foreseen at the beginning, but you did an incredible job! Most awesome!
