![]() ![]() ![]() Wow - that sure was a wild ride! As always, I love the way you write them, those little intimate moments (& big ones :P) that you capture so perfectly make it so engrossing. It was a great story with so many twists & turns - I've spent the whole weekend, between other events, reading this and thoroughly enjoyed it! Well worth the wait :) |
![]() ![]() ![]() Oh, man, that was so mean! U got me so freaking worried and it was all a freaking dream! I seriously didn't expect that! I almost had an heart attack here! It was really well played and I can't wait for the epilogue! Good job, girl ;) Jo Ps: did I say that this was really mean?:p |
![]() ![]() ![]() So, I finally got all caught up again, I had started to reread it bc I knew you were working on the final chapter, I'm so glad I did, there were so many details I had forgotten about. Congratulation on a fantastic job, I'm looking forward to the epilogue now! :) |
![]() ![]() Oh you are so evil with that last part, I think my eyes tripped over themselves as I was trying to read too quickly while my jaw hung open and I kept hoping it was a bad dream. Thank you for that! I can't wait for the epilogue, this has been a stunning and memorable story and I know it will stick with me. |
![]() ![]() ![]() First of all, I am appalled, APPALLED at the lack of the Surgeon General's Warning letting me know that this fic may cause heart palpitations, shock, anxiety, and extended bouts of ADKGDJFIDK! I was unprepared as I started the first half and I COULDN'T EVEN. What couldn't I even? I'll never know, because once I woke up from my blackout, Beckett went into cardiac arrest and then was code blue all over the place and then WHAT IS AIR? happened. Another question I'll never have the answer to. So well done. Well done, indeed. It's true that when one looks up "Agathokakological" in the dictionary, it says "see Kathryn Christie". |
![]() ![]() ![]() One last heart-pounding moment while sitting in a parking lot. Well played Kate except it cost me a Starbucks venti vanilla latte and a clean up in my brand new car. Burns are probably all first degree. Thank God for leather seats and corduroy pants. Note to self: Read epilogue while sitting in a chair, hands free, and easy access to a defibrillator and ice. Wow! |
![]() ![]() ![]() I discovered this story yesterday evening and read it all at once. I enjoyed the first 20 chapters very much, but the second half of # 21 was a HUGE letdown. There's no logic and no reason - and you can't give me a convincing one - for Hannah's complete change of heart, other that you wanted to get this story finished. Very, very disappointing end to an interesting story and not at all up to the first 20 chapters. |
![]() ![]() Please don't make me wait 9 months for the epilogue! Kae Dover |
![]() ![]() ![]() Can't wait! |
![]() ![]() I spent the entire day yesterday reading this story! The emotion of it really got to me, how much Rick loves Kate, how hard it was for him when she lost her memory of their entire relationship, how patiently and lovingly he supported her and tried to hide the disappointment that seeped through. I felt for Kate, too, because that would be confusing, and she tried so hard to acclimate to the life she didn't remember. And then there was the whole intrigue of it, the story of Bracken trying to kill her, the surprise of Hannah being an assassin. I loved it! - - Although I must admit to being a little confused at this last chapter. It doesn't feel like the end to me (and I know you're planning an epilogue), because everything happened so fast and it seemed so likely that she was seriously injured, with the way her arm was pinned, Rick's weight was atop her, and she hit her head, which bled. And then the dream. What was real and what wasn't? I think you have explained that by saying that Javi told him about Hannah and Bracken before leaving, so only the Code Blue was dreamed...and you also implied that Kate is fine by ending it with her opening her eyes and greeting Castle. But still, I felt thrown by this ending. Nevertheless, I loved the story, and I look forward to the epilogue. |
![]() ![]() ![]() Well that was quite a turn of events. Can't believe this is the end, excluding the epilogue. |
![]() ![]() ![]() I'm glad that it's over. so to speak. Awesome work! I can't believe it's almost over! |
![]() ![]() ![]() Agghhh you crazy person! So much... So very very much... Wow. And the fact that every line disappears as soon as her baby is threatened? Loved that. But I can't believe you put us through THAT. And I'm so very unbelievably happy that Bracken is dead. If there's anything he deserves it's that. But the whole Hannah thing still doesn't quite make sense. Hopefully that'll be explained further. Jeez... Hell of a crazy ride, and I gotta say that I'm sad to see it end. |
![]() ![]() ![]() Jaw!floor. Can I say I'm now glad I waited this long to read this now that there's an ending? And that whole building of tension was just... Wow! |
![]() ![]() ![]() This was, wow. I was impressed how you had things happen between Bracken, Castle and Kate. When Bracken mentioned Kate's baby, I was not surprised she went after him. It was made even more impressive after she got Castle to not shoot at the Senator. Too bad she got hurt during the taken down. The Hannah part of the chapter was very interesting because you don't know for sure if she did kill Bracken in his cell or not. Even if the clues point to that. Those mystery notes/cards certainly point to Hannah as well. Looking forward to the epilogue. |
