 Ally Marton chapter 2 . 2/27/2023 I just finished crying over this fic once again (I visit it every other year or so), and realized that I just missed it's 10th anniversary! Thank you so much for writing this; it's truly the only fic that inspires the most bittersweet tears each time I read it. Bilbo's grief in losing his little boy, then the elation of having Kili and Fili return later on never ceases to amazing me. This story makes my heart see colors the eyes can't. Anyway- just wanted to give an additional 'thank you' since I realized it was close to it's 10th anniversary. Hope you're still getting a chance to write beautiful material, even if it's not under this username anymore! |

This was so touching that I found myself half wishing Dis and Fili to fall or forget Kili just so Bilbo would be happy. But then Kili would be sad, Thorin would be mad, and I would be a witch. |
