Apparently there aren't any good witches left. I wonder if they're dead or imprisoned. In the book and the movie the Munchkins didn't seem very oppressed. They all had nice houses and seemed well fed. It must have been like Eastern Europe during the cold war. An antiseptic police state. Looking forward to how Dorothy's going to fix this mess.
