| Cypher11 chapter 15 . 11/5/2013
Write on Anakin asking why he would defeat the purpose of his turning to the Dark Side by choking Padme.
| Lord Destroyer chapter 18 . 9/17/2013
Aww shucks, hate to see a good thing go like this. I doubt anyone could do justice to your brand of humor regarding the subject matter.
| uh chapter 18 . 9/8/2013
I think whether you continue this fic or not is up to you, dude. Like it's funny as frick, but if you're not feeling it no' mo', there's no point carrying on, amiright? I think there's a phrase about beating dead horses with sticks but that sounds really quite horrible so I won't use it.
So yeah, follow ur dreams ( *o*)
ps I personally think this'd've been better if the director was actually george lucas, since he came up with most of these (notgonnalieprettycrappy) plot twists ;)) ;;;) ;;) ;;;;))))))))))))))
| Book girl fan chapter 18 . 9/10/2013
Sad to read that it is now over, but it's been great!
| TortoisetheStoryteller chapter 18 . 9/8/2013
I don't have time to adopt this fic, but I really enjoyed it. Thanks for posting. Hey, I just had a great idea for a finale! You could have Mara Jade assasinate the Director! Or maybe Boba Fett. Mara Jade would be cooler, though.
| Andromakhe chapter 17 . 9/8/2013
Happy to see Qui-Gon. And Rex. Very nice. And yeah, Obi-Wan should have been General Kenobi, just to make things match up with Anakin. It'd be the last time they were Master and Padawan before reuniting, after all. Or else, just keep everyone old. After all, Luke was supposed to symbolize the future.
| Andromakhe chapter 16 . 9/8/2013
Yay, Ventress. A favorite character. Love how these Dathomir natives act like a family of sorts. Ventress checking her nails was funny. I felt sorry for Savage, so glad he got some screen time. Might be fun to see them talk about the "Revenge" episode.
| Andromakhe chapter 14 . 9/8/2013
You know, this *was* kind of cute. I rather like this Maul. Good juxtaposition with Luke and Obi-Wan remembering the shafts and Anakin and Palpatine forgetting 'cause it was so long ago. Obi-Wan nearly fell down the shaft, too, and then in the fight with Grievous, he was dangling again at one point. I guess Anakin and Palpatine had no experience with falling down holes, so that's why they forgot.
| Andromakhe chapter 13 . 9/8/2013
Ouch. Well, somebody had to tell it like it was, and Obi-Wan certainly wasn't going to be that blunt about Anakin's decline. Cody's probably just upset that he has to kill his respected General, and not even in an honorable way. Liked the beginning, where Obi-Wan raises a quizzical eyebrow at Cody like, "Wait, you don't trust me?"
You really can't joke about Order 66 or the Temple massacre. Those things are far too serious. But this was a good chapter just because it shows how far the clones and Jedi fell. Appo and Cody bring up good points about morality and poor payment for friendship.
| Andromakhe chapter 12 . 9/8/2013
Palpy. LOL Yeah, I don't use that nickname. Heck, in this fic, I feel sorry for him. He just seems like a normal, put-upon politician, not an evil Sith Lord in the slightest.
Of course, Luke would have been overjoyed to get to destroy the first Death Star. And Anakin griping about the security system really rang true.
| Andromakhe chapter 11 . 9/8/2013
ROFL! Revenge! Excellent. I don't actually think the Jedi care much about looks, sure, but I prefer General Kenobi, of course. His objection is perfectly understandable. And yes, near murder is the Jedi way. Think Mustafar and Maul.
Glad Luke was sympathetic to Obi-Wan's plight. Liked Han and Leia's glee at the director's predicament.
| Andromakhe chapter 10 . 9/8/2013
LOL! That's a good one. That's just overkill on the naivete. Even assuming he'd never seen a lightsaber, I think it'd be obvious that if nothing else, Luke should hold the thing horizontally if he doesn't know which end the blade will come from and stay well away from Obi-Wan. Luke's not stupid; he can perform deductive reasoning.
Loved the last line, and Obi-Wan and Luke's dynamic here. Plus, Obi-Wan's barely restrained contempt. They are both very IC in this scenario. It's one of my more beloved scenes in the movies.
| Andromakhe chapter 8 . 9/8/2013
*sighs* Oh, Force. Yeah, AOTC is my least favorite of the saga. The courtship isn't believable and neither is the Kenobi-Skywalker partnership, since Anakin is constantly complaining about Obi-Wan. Ugh. And Padme marries this guy? What an idiot.
Great how you have Obi-Wan and Padme totally on the same page.
| Andromakhe chapter 7 . 9/8/2013
Yeah, that kiss squicks me still. I know they didn't know any better, but it's really only acceptable the first time you watch the movie. Every other time, it's like, "Urgh." It's one reason ESB is one of my least favorite of the saga.
I think Anakin caught up with the decoy, burned him, and deflected Padme's first couple shots. This gave the decoy time to pin the blame on the real director and beg for leniency. Of course, it'd be too late by the time Anakin and Padme got back to the film set.
| Andromakhe chapter 6 . 9/8/2013
LOL about Obi-Wan being nice. If it's any consolation, Maul did run Qui-Gon through, and surely age and battle experience is at least equal to Maul's strength and youth.
And the Chosen One has nothing to do with Force power, because Yoda and Sidious are the two Masters of the Force. I mean, talking raw power.
And Obi-Wan was a Knight according to Qui-Gon. He simply hadn't been promoted officially yet. So technically, Maul was slain by someone who had the training of a Knight.
