Elise Deschat chapter 13 . 11/7/2016 I actually reviewed the episode to remind me of the particulars, since it had been a while since I had seen the episode...I would have loved to have seen this as the epilogue. the original ended too soon...this posting resolves a lot of unanswered questions... |
38.Special chapter 9 . 6/22/2015 Aw, darn it. |
38.Special chapter 1 . 6/21/2015 I'm so glad that you're writing this for the episode. That one ended so..."whaaaattttt" I'm really glad to see this! Thank you! |
psitar chapter 13 . 6/18/2013 I loved the way that this story was written. Picked up from the episode quite nicely. Very good and keep writing! |
Tanith2011 chapter 13 . 3/16/2013 A perfect ending that tied up all the ends. All in all this was a terrific story to one of my favorite H5O episodes. I liked how you had the whole team involved and not just focused solely on Steve and Danny. You also made all the medical procedures realistic and didn't go over the top with Danny's injuries. Loved how you have expanded Sue Shem's character and showed the side of her that we didn't see on the show but it was something that was within in the realm of possibility had the episode been extended. There was also just the right level of suspense and tension throughout which was great. I could tell from the title and the previous chapter that you knew where this story was heading right from the beginning and that was perhaps the highlight of reading this. The way you wove everything in and tied it back to the words, Sunshine, Rainbows and Happily Ever After was unique and cleverly crafted. That last line was the icing on this piece of cake. Thank you for the wonderful read and I certainly will be looking forward to reading your next H5O story ;-) |
Iluvff chapter 13 . 3/11/2013 Thank you for this story. I enjoyed it very much and looked forward to each arriving installment. Keep writing (about Danny, preferably!) |
Book 'em Again chapter 13 . 3/11/2013 First off your title made me snort as I got to imagine you writing fluff. That thought was short-lived thought as I quickly realized this was another strong H/C fic where you dealt quite well with the physical and emotional aftermath of “I Want Some Candy…” You portrayed this psycho family well and made them even crazier (something I won’t have thought possible) while keeping the right amount of suspense as Five-O continues their investigation. I guess what I liked best about this story was some of the little things, the way you are starting to use Kono and Chin a little more in your stories, especially Chin at the end being the one to figure out where Sue took Danny and in the last two chapters where I discovered the real reason for your title as you allowed the characters to reflect on it. Overall, a an enjoyable continuation of one of my favorite episodes. |
honu59 chapter 13 . 3/11/2013 A nice conclusion to this WHN. Although I would like to have a scene of Steve confronting that HPD officer who left his post before he was relieved. Maybe a sequel? Thanks for the enjoyable story. Looking forward to your next one. |
Guest chapter 13 . 3/11/2013 Thank you very much. This was a wonderful story :-) |
criminally charmed chapter 13 . 3/11/2013 Hmm -you know, a crazed, vengeful ex-cop would make a good sequel. |
Tanith2011 chapter 12 . 3/10/2013 Yikes, I know now why Scott did what he did for Sue. She's certainly one unhinged individual. The last couple of paragraphs were powerful and I liked how you linked it all back to the title of your story. Clever! I'll look forward to the conclusion. |
Tanith2011 chapter 11 . 3/10/2013 Oh no, poor Danny caught up in between two deranged people and adding more injuries! Good to see Chin and Kono working with Steve as a team just like we see in the early seasons of the series. But they need to hurry! |
Alexis chapter 1 . 3/9/2013 Really enjoyed reading your story. |
criminally charmed chapter 12 . 3/8/2013 Ah...you decided to let Danny off easy, did you? |
honu59 chapter 12 . 3/8/2013 No more sunshine and rainbows for Sue. But I do hope that there's happily ever after for Danny. I think he deserves a long vacation. Looking forward to your next chapter. After all, Doc will have his work cut out for him once Steve gets Danny to the hospital. |
