I must say I really enjoyed the glimpse Bella got of Esme's vampiric moment. So often Esme suffers from one dimention-itis in fics.. you put meat on her bones...or potentially, between her teeth! Thanks for sharing.

I just got caught up on the last two chapters! I can't believe I missed ch 17! Holy hotness! I love this Edward!

First I have to thank you for the recent update. When I find stories that I love (which include all of yours) I have to pace myself when reading them. I am afraid I will be too disappointed when I finish and there are no more chapters. This is especially true nowadays as twilight ff stories seem to have slowed down almost to a standstill. So secondly I need to plead with you to make this one really long and write many more when you're finished.
As for the chapter. Finally Bella and Edward seem to be getting to the how to stop Bella from "dying" young. Although I might have written this in past reviews, but most likely whatever it is Renee had shouldn't Bella be able to do some sort of preventative measures to help prolong her life?
I also find this Bella very interesting she is different from so many other Bella's in that she is not all starry eyed about being Edward's mate and instead is concerned that Edward's attraction is not more about who she really is as a person. But I think it is the whole picture Edward is attracted to IMOHO.
I am curious why Edward has not been able to practice medicine which I believe Carlisle insinuated? Is it because he cannot be around so much blood?

Thank you for the fantastic chapter (I know you never deliver anything less!) just in time for Christmas. This might be the worst cliffhanger yet, though- I've been dying to find out what exactly Bella and her mom suffered from!

It was so nice to see you updated. This chapter was very satisfying! What will be more satisfying is to see Edward get his immortal bride and Stanley and Clapping meet Karma! Haha. Thank you.

It appears Carlisle can sense something is terribly wrong with Bella. Edward just mentioned he's very skilled at sorting out blood afflictions, so we'll see.

You foreshadowed what would be happening to Bella with her thought after her fall that that would be the last time she would be running. I just wonder what Carlisle saw. And UGH-high school football. My son is no athlete and neither was I but both of our high schools were football powerhouses. It just dominates school in the fall. So I can totally see where a coach would pull this kind of nonsense to make sure his star was not suspended because of his bad grades. I'm impressed you ran a 5K-kudos to you!
