It's been a long time since I read this, and I noticed your writing style has matured. It grew and has a sense of maturity in it that I can't remember it ever having when I was a teen. This is really good! I can't wait to read more of this and get back into the story.

I have been in love with this story for years! I remember staying up late and binge reading it in high school. You still are an amazing writer keep up the great work.

Ok. I started reading this today (when I was supposed to be working on a paper) and well. I can say I enjoyed it. A few things grew to be tiring at some points, but you're kinda growing out of using the same tools over and over, I respect that. I REALLY hope it doesn't end in Sasuhina. I love the pairing, I love the dinamics, but I just kinda feel like it would be wrong, thinking of the character arch of the characters. (Sorry for the gaffe, I just really needed to let this out, specially since it's a key that keeps being hit, every time Hinata starts to think of going back to being just Sasuke's wife I just get really sad, a bit angry.)
Overall a good fanfic. Take your time, do your stuff, people don't heal linearly and you should always prioritize your health.
I love how you're hinting at Sakura and Hinata getting closer and I'd love to ask.

I'm not going to lie, Hinata makes me really want to slap her. She is continuously making the same mistakes when she had a guidebook on this shit and should know better by now. I mean, she was betrayed by her spouse, her blood relative, and a long time friend and crush. What makes her blindly trust her dignity with some nobody that she just met? And why will she even attend the party of her ex-husbands that she only came to know about through the mouth of one of his mistresses. The woman is out to get you. Do not trust a word out of that bitch's mouth.
I also understand that forgiveness is good for the mind and soul, but I feel like everyone is allowed to be angry at the people who have wronged them. Forgiveness takes time as well.
I also do not consider Sakura that dynamic of a character at this point either. The only reason she helped her was because Hinata, a women who's husband she was fucking, defended her. Otherwise, she would had let Hinata get humiliated. She did speak on Hinata's dead mother. She ain't shit for that.
I cannot fing myself sympathizing with Naruto, Shikamaru, Sakura, or Neji. Now everybody feels guilty after everything is said and done but were all on board with humiliating Hinata. Now, I don't think they deserves the death penalty or anything, but they should get some form of karma for messing with someone's life. If the truly had a moral compass, the should have been felt bad about fucking over, or helping fuck over, someone who hasn't wronged them in any way, dhape, or form. Don't try to be on her team now that she is gaining more people on her corner. A bunch of fickle pricks in my opinion.
I just want Hinata to be an independent woment and not a naive girl in constant need of saving because she just refuses to learn from her past. I see that she usually has the right frame of mind at some points, but then she goes on to ignore it, resulting in another humiliating moment. For instance, when she is with Haku, she starts thinking that maybe he is not the most trustorthy person given the crowd he is associated with. Then she goes on to ask him if he likes her. She just shuts out what her instincts are telling her only to get shitted on in the end. It like she's deciding to cross the street despite seeing a car driving down it at high speed. What else can she expect to happen. It starting to get hard for me to feel sorry for her.

All in all I do love this story. I just had my concern. Maybe I'm doing the most with this dissertation and you have bigger and better plans for these characters in the future. The story has gotten me emotionally invested because I can draw so many parallels between me and Hinata.

Fuck that was messed up. Poor emotionally/sexually repressed Hinata. Konan tried to warn her but Sakura saved her. Hinata should've known by the type of people Haku was around the type of person he was. Glad you're back though keep it up.

I really loved this chapter and I really love how its coming along

I had to start reading this story the moment I saw the amount of reviews, I knew it had to be a hit!
Me being me, went on to start with the most updated chapter. I don't really care for "spoilers" as much as I care about how things happen, which is why i don't mind skipping chapters.

That being said, I'm on chapter 11 and the Hinata in Chapter 31 is the same Hinata that I just read. That either means that this a very very extremely slow burn type of deal or there is lack of character development. I'm not the only one that has noticed this as there have other reviews stating so.

Hinata just seems to be shat on by every character in this story so far. No one seems to be her friend, aside maybe Gaara and Tenten. I don't think either of them have said anything bad to/about her. Not as of chapter 11 anyway. I get the notion of "tough love", but it's a little ridiculous that everyone is telling her the brutal truth and yet 20 chapters later, she's still the same person. There's nothing wrong with making Hinata a patient and kind person, but it seems that she's a static character if she keeps making excuses for people. Hinata needs to stop being a people pleaser and start gaining confidence in herself and her actions.

Who knows, maybe I'll see character development where she stands up for herself and sticks to it in the future chapters.

I do not think this is a bad story, I just think Hinata needs to have more dimension to her character. Like someone else said, the summary for this makes it seems that Hinata is going to break free from being a submissive wife to becoming a strong independent woman. So I hope that it happens, and I hope that it is soon.
