Did you forget to add how the Krogan’s used Asteroids as weapons on planets, or how Wrex quotes how the Genophage isn’t exactly what’s killing them out, it’s literally their self destructive ways. Is your character that ignorant over the fact that the Krogan were populating too quickly and were warmongering over other Race’s territory. While extreme, it was an extreme necessity. Most if not all Council space would’ve been overran by Krogans. Have your character knock that info in

The exogen company were studying the thoriab, so they should have stores some of the spores alive in stasis for their experiments. He should be able to requesition them then clone them for use reversing indoctrination?
