I liked it. I'm so glad Bella got together with Edward. They belong with each other.
| blb1000 chapter 1 . 6/18/2013
Loved this "do over" idea. A little confused at the end. Guessing he was rewriting their story as it should have been.

Very sweet and lovely and such a touching tribute to your beta!
I really loved it. You're doing wonders together, girls, you should consider writing something just the two of you!
Love you both!

Great present...you're going to make all the other betas jealous!
Short stories are underrated; it's nice to get the whole story arc in one sitting every now and then. well done

Oh my gosh, LADIES! How am I supposed to read the boys, when you give me this beautiful, romantic, heart pounding story to read!
It truly had me enthralled the entire way through!
My heart pounding for him to not let her get away again and for her to let him come to her finally!
They both wanted each other and never got te chance, but now! Ahhhhh-mazing!
This was absolutely romantic!
I love it!

Hi, my beautiful friend. It's only fair that I post this for you, too...
When I saw the alert for a new story from you, I was sad. What? Born wrote a story without me? Shell, too? They don't need me anymore! *sniff*
However, when I clicked on the story link and read the header, my eyes truly did begin to water. As I read through the story, echoes of our many conversations became apparent:
...but surely someone has told these students not to start a sentence with "and" by now!
...making my main character fall in love with the reader,
...save for the trip to Boston
...I love teaching and truly do find pleasure in connecting with my students,
...He seems to have forgotten how to use a comma, and he clearly has a fondness for the ellipses,
...I grimace as I look at the column of blue that fills up the right-hand side of my screen.
...I read through his submission once more to make sure I didn't miss anything and click "send" with a huge smile on my face.
...Inspirational quotes she sends me!
...over-ellipsize (Yup! Love those original, imaginative words!)
I'd lost track of him once I'd learned he'd gotten married and settled on the east coast.
How do I even begin to thank you for this? This precious gift of your words and your hearts has touched me so deeply.
I will share this with A. He's going to be surprised, astounded, impressed, and shocked. He knows I love what I do, and I have shared how I feel about you two and your writing talent. Now, he'll get to see for himself.
I don't often use the word "blessed" in my vocabulary, but right now I feel blessed to have you in my life. You have made me laugh, have made me blush (Yes, I really do blush!), have made me cry, have made me feel needed. You have brought out the best in me.
It is an honor to know you and to love you. To my very special writers, and I'm happy to say "friends," I love you, and again, I thank you!

What a sweet story! I love when characters take their regrets by the horns and do what they can to right them. Eighteen years is a long time to have a regret eating away at you, so way to go Edward! Way to put yourself out there :)
Thanks for sharing this!
