Aww, this was a heartwarming short story. Good job with the characterizations of everyone!

It's funny how often medical doctors in shows that aren't placed in the medical field have their medical expertise brushed aside-or at least downplayed.

Outstanding short story! Like you, I enjoy the way Dr. Smith was portrayed in the first season and you have captured that aspect in your take on the good Doctor. Smith was closest to the Robinson children but I think he had a soft spot in his heart for Maureen as well.

Absolutely loved this! What a great story and focused on the version of Smith that I liked the most, the competent physician. Oh, and I enjoyed that you had him end up doing the cooking too, something he clearly relished in the series even if he didn't do it often. The humor was fantastic...LOL. Loved seeing him tease Don about the contents of the food!
