wow. I have read this story 3 or 4 times and it just gets better with each reading. Such a poignant, heart wrenching journey, but so worth it. I so appreciate that you did not vilify any of the characters as is often the case in angsty stories. Instead, you did such a wonderful job of allowing us (the reader) to experience empathy for what these two were dealing with and how they dealt with it. This is one of my favorite stories ever. I cannot even begin to tell you how much I sincerely enjoyed this story. I read it over the course of a week (I couldn't handle more than a chapter or two a day without sobbing like a baby) and I have yet to find a better Castle fanfiction.
