Great chapter, as usual. I'm sorry I haven't reviewed this story in yonks, I kinda lost interest in it, until I finally decided to re-read it all again last night and realised how good it was. Don't hurt me! And hurry up with the next chapter ;)

this is a really good story so far! does sirius and remus see harry in his phoenix form then? and if they do...what fawkes said, would it somehow kill harry? anyways, great chapter, and update soon!

That was an evil cliffie! Anyway, I thought the first part was funny, "Look Moony, we surprised him!" lol. Hmm, so does that mean that Harry has the ability to become whatever animal, magic or not, he chooses? I generally think Snape is misunderstood and he himself misunderstand Harry's character. But I like your portrayal, because Snape's not gonna be outright Mr. Nice. So are Fred and George gonna guess who pranked them and have their revenge? I thought they would be amused that they themselves were pranked, I can't imagine either of them being angry for a prank, regardless of who it was pulled on. I guess I'll find out how Harry got to the Phoenix Chamber in the next chapter? Please, satisfy my curiosity and update soon!

Hrm. interesting ending to the chapter. I am very intrigued as to what happened, and I am willing to admit that I went back to read the entire fic over again before rereading this chapter. Refresh the complex thing known as your writing. I'll have to agreen with baasheep in that your writing has continually improved with each passing chapter. Even though you were talented to begin with when you started.

I feel the urge to take notes on your work, like I did with the 5th book. I have a sneaking suspicion about the prophecy, but alas, nothing can be proven until you've finished.

Congratulations on your acceptance to medical school. While I don't have a sibling in it currently, both of my parents went through the tortuo...i mean, fun, amazing, and simple thing known as ...medical school, for lack of a different phrasing.

I don't know if I'll be able to wait for the next installment. I may have to start a fic based off of the 13 chapters so far...start a new twist.. writing fanfiction to satiate your appetite while frustrated that the fanfiction you're reading isn't updated. *mouth quirks*

Amazing chapter, you write wonderfully. I loved how you wrote both Harry and Snape when they had there 'talk' and I found Dumbledore so funny in this chapter. I was interested in that he could make the transformation.. but it hurt? Was his pheonix form rebelling? Sort of a possesive thing? And did he 'prt himself to the pheonix chamber in the way that pheonixes do? Like when Fawkes appeared in a burst of fire in the Chamber of secrets?

I for one am greatly looking forward to the discovery that he already transforms. I can see him at a meeting, just gliding down and changing back. "Yeah, sorry guys, I've kinda been forced to come to these meetings for awhile..."

Hermione's agitation if 'festering'? m. Interesting. It wouldn't surprise me in the least that she has such a bad reaction to not being able to do something. Couldn't do divination? It's 'woolly thinking'. Couldn't fly? It's a 'silly sport'. But DADA? I wonder if she'll beg Harry for tutoring or resent him. And if she finds out how naturally good he is at magic now... There's nothing more frustrating than an over-achiever being outstripped by someone who doesn't seem to try..

LOVED the chapter, good luck on your schooling. Uni's tend to have internet hook-up, and there's always the public library! (Shakes a finger) So there's no excuse for not updating! Unless you need to study or something. Medical science is HARD...
