Wow...wow. That pretty much sums it up. You warned about the worst cliffie in this story's history, and while I have to disagree and say that in my humble opinion the end of chapter three was more of a I-must-know-absolutely-this-second-scream inducing end, it's hard to argue against the power of this finale. Just to start off I love how you brought up the contrast between the Halloween celebration, and the incredibly depressing anniversary for Harry, it's something that's never addressed in the books and rarely in fanfic. As for the dream sequence, all I can say is that that is definitely going to cause some severe mental trauma. Harry's feelings of guilt and helplessness are well portrayed, I found the phrase describing the now-deceased-Dudley as a "corpulent shell" especially elonquent and the last image of the cupboard in the moonlight is unforgettable. As always, I'm on the edge of my seat for the next chapter.

Your story is great and you deserve many more reviews. I'll be a constant reviewer from now on. Your writing is also brilliant!

Anyway, I love where this is going. Killing off the Dursleys? The interaction between them and Harry was great. I could just feel the anger from Petunia. I got goosebumps. ::shivers:: I killed the Dursleys off too, I think...I'm pathetic! I can't even remember! Well, I'm pretty sure I did.

And yes, acting like Lana IS a bad thing. :)

And you lean more to Harry/Ginny? ::pouts::. Will you be putting romance in the story? I'm not quite sure it would fit. (Anyway, I'm more of a Harry/Hermione shipper myself...but doesn't matter what I think, this story's yours! lol.)

I'm glad you've got some character development of Snape in there; I think he's one of my favorites. I also am in favor of Snape redeeming himself. I think his relationship with Harry (no NOT slash) is an interesting one to explore. Keep writing!
