I have read this a few times and each time I am blow away. This whole story is a masterpiece. I cried over the first few chapters so much emotion. You did an amazing job with both characters. I felt everything right along with them. Their journey to healing with each other was done with a deft hand never getting to sappy or over emotional just the right combination. Thank you for writing and I wish you were still writing for Castle.

OMG, I loved it, I mean my heart hurt during the entire story, but I loved it, you did such a good job, I just couldn't stop reading.

Oh man, this killed me! In the best possible way! I have read the first chapter so many times but never continused because I thought it was going to be heartbreaking. In a way it was, but I am so glad I read it. You are an incredible writer. Thank you for sharing your gift!

You wouldn't consider writing a one shot about her reuniting with everyone would you?

So, I burned through all 32 chapters of this, and the M-outtake, in a couple of hours. It was a pretty painful, visceral read, I won't lie. I felt my heart breaking along the way with each revelation, misunderstanding, misstep and hurt that the two of them went through.

And yet, I'm glad I read it, because a) it's an amazing story and would be even without it being set in the Castle universe and b) even with all the hell this alternate timeline takes, you kept these two so in character (well, how I'd imagine it if they went through something like this) that I bow humbly to your immense writing capabilities.

I can't help but think of the canon situation where Castle was gone for two months and it almost broke Beckett, and you managed to preemptively do a much better job in portraying that grief, loss, sudden hope and then horror.

Long story short - I did love this, so very very much. And if you were to continue this, to explore their world post all this trauma, I would happily sign up and hang on your every word!

I couldn't help myself - I pulled an Alexis and went to the last chapter to make sure that this ends in a way I can cope with. Because this is some wonderfully heavy writing that's gut-wrenching and painful to read, but amazingly compelling too.

I have to know what happens and how you make this pan out. Looking forward to the misery and the wonder.

There should definitely be a sequel to this including how reuniting with the rest of the family goes, moving into the new place, and Kate going back to the precinct. I would really like to see how their lives progress past this epilogue here if you're up for writing more in this universe. Please!

Great Story but I was kind of sad that you didn't have Castle and Alexis get back to normal in their relationship, because even if Beckett had died I can't see Castle letting their relationship crumble like that.
