The henge has always been physical. Naruto vs Kiba, Naruto vs Gaara, Kiba vs Sakon/Ukon, Naruto vs Pain... did you never watch/read any of these fights?

So Naruto accepts that he is a slave to the village, a loser who must take it up the ass and be grateful for it, while sucking Hiruzen off like the pathetic dumb cocksucker he is. Author must relate so much.
