You almost gave me a heart attack in this last chapter when it started saying John was married to Mary! But it's all good now. I absolutely love the ending, as well as the entire story :) I really love the unconscious in the hospital thing too. I don't know why, but stories like that get me the most interested... Anyway, great story and great writing :) I'm going to miss seeing emails about updates, I always looked forward to them because they brought new chapters :3 Love this so so so much! So... I realised quite early on that John was actually dreaming. I thought, at first, that he had gotten in the path of criminal in Sherlock's stead. In a way, he did. Anyway, I enjoyed it imensly. Thank you for a wonderful story!

Lordy, what have you done to my feelings? This is one of those stories that I'll find myself just contemplating at random intervals because it was just that spectacularly beautiful. I started bawling like a baby in the Sussex retirement chapter because of all of the emotions. I came into this story expecting a light, little romance and instead I got this amazing tale that has left me with so many thoughts and feelings. Congratulations on a wonderful, truly fantastic story.

The ending was perfect, I don't think there was any other way for it to be! The writing was good throughout and the plot and ideas were very engaging and surprising (something I find lacking in many other stories these days, especially my own) and I truly admire your work.

Well done, as always. From the moment I followed the story, your updates were quick and fast, and I'm partly glad that I came to this story when most of the chapters were written because they're so interesting, I would have died if I had to wait.

All in all, I think the idea was unique, yet creative and fun, I liked the pace of the story and the details. Heck I was starting to feel déjà vu when I read some parts! Imagine how John must have felt aha.

That was a beautiful end to a beautiful story, I must admit. While it was confusing and ridiculously frustrating at some points - like when John actually woke up then promptly fell back into it - it was still a really, really great story. Like somebody else had said before me, I'm surprised that this fic doesn't have more reviews.
I originally thought that this was just a bunch of collective oneshots to write out possible alternative meetings, and that was the end of that, but oh my god the plot. Was. Astounding.

I congratulate you on attempting - and succeeding - in writing such a long piece, and I'll certainly be on the lookout for more by you. Keep on writing, :)
