idk if you will see this bc its been like 5 years but i just wanted to convey how much i LOVE this fic. like its a fic that i come back to every few months bc its just that good and it makes me so happy to read it. the characterization of draco and hermione is something that i always am turned off by in most dramione fics because either draco softens too fast/unnaturally or hermione somehow loses her wonderful charm and wit, but this fic portrays them perfectly. to the t! and the smut ;)) lord it is good. you are such an incredible writer!

Kinda confusing, that one part, but none the less, you story was incredibly enjoyable and wonderfully written.

You use “like an animal” once too many times. You actually shouldn’t have to use that phrase; the actions described will tell us exactly how they are behaving. Try being more subtle in your descriptions. It’s the little details thrown in that catch the reader. And using the adjective “maul” is really off putting, like a bear goring a person to death. Yikes. But also, you say “maul her breast. Then lightly touch her nipple” etc. Those two actions in sequence don’t make sense; if you’re mauling something it isn’t done lightly. The Before and After sex scene are fine, although a little more communication afterward would have been nice. For example, if Hermione had pursued Draco’s line of thought and asked him what he meant about “next time”. It’s the sex scene itself that’s disturbing. Like you were trying to describe porn, or trying to describe sex like how you think it happens but have never experienced before. When changing positions there should be more communication, whether commands from Hermione or Draco are your thing, or begging/asking for something to be done to them. Perhaps more praise (exuberant praise for new partners who are trying to figure out what to do and what not to do is always a good way for getting them to stay when they’ve found the right spot). The scene just did not read as an accurate depiction of sex. There is nuance between first time partners and recently together partners and long term partners. There was no mention of protection either, which is super important. The amount of alcohol they consumed doesn’t add up to their physical capabilities either. If they’ve been drinking all night, there would definitely not be any flipping, or only a one time flip that was haphazard and knocked stuff over and the room should be spinning or sex was cut short from needing to rush to a garbage to vomit lol. Or Draco could have had whisky dick, or neither person orgasmed and they called it a night lol. I understand that you might want their sex to be magical, which is still very possible with some work, but to be accurate and relatable they need to be human not machines going at it with a miraculous orgasm from Hermione without clitoral stimulation and so quickly after just starting penetration. Where’s the foreplay? Or the teamwork?
