First cross over story I ever read. Good writing and storyline. However, Hermoine would have been smart enough right away to say she was already bethrothed to Harry, or some other person far away, when it became apart her duty as a ward would be to marry. Knowing full well the history of women in the dark ages and in fuedal times, she would have wisely put herself out of harms way by lying about a conflicting betrothal.

I haven't even finished the first paragraph and I cannot believe the stupidity in this chapter. This isn't even a Hermione that's been changed by living in Westeros for 2 years. This is clearly a SI with righteous fury trying to change things on the sly.

Hahahahahah. I just read the part with Rob. You know what. Never mind. I mean really just fuck it. Obviously nothing matters in this story other than the Self Insert doing whatever she wants. Damn I did it again. I tried to see if it makes any sense. Nope nvm. Recurring theme in your stories it seems.

Lololol. I thought the joffrey thing hermione did would be dumbest thing she does this chapter but then you obviously said to yourself: I can top that. Wtf is up with this chapter. What made you even think Hermione would be so fucking dumb to use magic in plain fucking sight. When has Harry ever given up on something this fucking quickly. Seems to me like you don't even know the characters you're writing about. So what if Harry doesn't study like Hermione. Do you think every successful and brilliant person studied like hermione. Harry could easily be a little less intense and still study hard. It's as if you have the fanon version of Ron masquerading as Harry.

The worst part is you keep saying you're not trying to make Hermione more important or better. Why lie.

This story got even more amazing with that turn of events even though hermione running away on her own is quite unusual for her character or i dont know. Running away is more of a harry thing

This work has inspired me. I know it's probably been long abandoned and that you're probably not going to read this, but I'm putting it here just in case you do.

This is an excellent fic for what it is, the writing might not be as good or detailed as JK's or George's but you have captured the essence of the characters which is what I love, even if they aren't as nuanced as they are in canon. Harry still feels like Harry, not some HINO (Harry in name only) that happens in literraly every other crossover, where he's an uber-powerful Master-of-Death called Hadrian or some other bullsh*t. I've read a couple of the other reviews that people have left, and I hope to God that they didn't discourage you from this fic, because they didn't know what they were on about. I'm glad you kept Harry and Hermione from from their wands for so long, put the language barrier in place and gave Harry's wand a couple of issues.

Anyway, this work has inspired me to attempt a HP/Got crossover of my own. I don't know if I'll ever post it, or finish it, but I wanted to let you know that your story has inspired someone. Of course I don't want to steal your ideas, so my fic will hopefully look a bit different.

For a character that was able to produce a patronus at 13 years old, I am kinda disliking how weak you have made Harry...he always had strength of character and magic and now all of a sudden he is weak and doesn't follow through with his promises? All of a sudden his loyalty to those he feels are family is gone? I keep reading hoping that something changes, but its really becoming tedious for me...

I know it's been years since you've updated so this story might have been abandoned, but I really like it! And as much as I've always loved Hermione, I think you make a very good point about how she gets so caught up in the way she thinks things should be, that she ignores others' feelings. It was good of Jon to point that out to her and Ned to point it out to Harry. And Ned was right; Harry would do anything for his friends, but he's no scholar and he'd only make himself miserable when he couldn't figure out a way to return home.

As for Harry's magic, I know his wand isn't that powerful because there are no phoenixes in this world, but couldn't he or Hermione try to fashion a new one? After all, there are no phoenixes, but there ARE thestrals in this world because HARRY is in this world. And the Elder Wand had a thestral tail core and it was immensely powerful...with a thestral hair core and the magic of a branch from a weir wood heart tree, he could easily become very powerful.

Can't wait to see how the changes you've made affect the storyline! For one, I'm interested in how Robb changes. I do think it fits with his character though because he is willing to put aside duty for love in the books too. And it will open up a whole new world for him because he'll be able to see places he never would have been allowed to as heir of Winterfell. And if Bran is never pushed from the tower, Lady Catelyn will not have a reason to kidnap Tyrion and set off the War of Four Kings. And I'm willing to bet that with Robb missing, Ned will ask Jon to stay in Winterfell to protect Bran. And I'm reeaaaalllllyyy hoping that Sansa will see Joffrey's true nature sooner and that Lady won't be killed. If Harry joins them, he could always use a Confundus charm on Joffrey and the Hound so that they won't remember attacking Arya and Micah...or just Obliviate him?
