Awww things are so sweet between Sheldon and penny. And now that Leonard is out of the picture I wonder how things will move along now. But Amy is still in the way and I don't think Leonard is out of our hair just yet, he hasn't really confronted Sheldon yet neither.

Wow, this paragraph, brilliant. And Penny's analysis of her and Leonard's relationship so spot on- it really puts neither of them in the best light.
Leonard not telling anyone that he had a girlfriend is telling but not unprecedented- he hung out with Alice for a while before he finally felt guilty enough to tell her he had a girlfriend.
The end with Penny and Sheldon was very sweet. Sheldon needs to break up with Amy though because he is obviously emotionally connected to Penny. Great chapter.

Very well done. I believe that your words sum up Penny and Leonard's relationship beautifully, though why the writers and producers of the show don't see it is beyond me. Your treatment of the characters is so spot on. Leonard needs the attention and though he tries his best to be the "good guy" he's not as loyal in his relationships as he'd like to believe. Penny may have commitment issues but at least she can see that she has those issues, she's not in denial like Leonard. And finally, I just love how you've evolved Sheldon into a man but still keeping him essentially himself. He hasn't changed, he's just experiencing the emotions he's been repressing for years and the fact that he doesn't quite understand what's happening to him only makes it that much more authentic.

I love the length of this chapter; it allowed you to address all the important points of the break-up, rather than casually mentioning them or skipping them altogether. Amy's remark to Leonard made me laugh. Poor Laura, she seems like such a nice person. What is on the page that Penny is showing Sheldon?

This chapter was amazing. The passage where Penny reflected on her relationship with Leonard was probably the truest synopsis of it that I have ever read. And the warmth between Sheldon and Penny at the end was just perfect- a beautiful turning point for them. I can't wait for the next chapter!

This was yet again a perfect chapter, hell it was perfection all the way and Penny's POV was spot on - And what she told Leonard made it all even greater and then some.

Sheldon and Penny in the end was beyond sweetness and it's really safe to say that Sheldon has fallen hard for Penny and what Penny really feels about Sheldon is something I really looking forward Reading about.

TV Penny did a horrible job giving Leonard a pass for cheating on Priya and stealing Stephaine from Howard. Penny also did a horrible job being with Leonard after what he did to Sheldon at the arctic. The Lenny is based on lies and trickery. Sorry for the rant! I really liked this chapter. The end of the Lenny is a great thing :)

Gosh I hope this is in the season premere haha! Now I wonder if Sheldon and Penny's relationship progresses romantically, how are they to avoid hurting Amy like Leonard hurt Penny, hmmm guess I will have to find out!

While it's sad Penny was hurt, at least she finally came to the realization that she and Leonard never had quite enough to make it work. An emotional connection would be so much worse then if it had just been drunken watching Leonard ready to pounce until Penny was ready. Even though he doesn't realize it Sheldon knows exactly what and how to say the perfect thing to bring a smile to Penny's face. Now though I wonder what will happen with Amy and Sheldon. I thought it was quite telling though that while it was only Amy and Howard that actually voiced their anger at Leonard. Both commented pretty much only on Penny's beauty. Although Howard was right Penny is filled with commitment issues. IMO only because she's with the wrong guy.

Penny and Leonard were never going to work out. It was probably best for them to break up. Sheldon's reactions to Penny are most interesting. I am very interested to see how these thoughts and feelings escalate.

Thank you for the update. It is indeed a big turning point but I think you did a fine job of it and writing each character. The situation wasn't so black and white even though it could have been. The ending scene with Penny and Sheldon is very endearing. Have fun at the wedding. Penny and I would hope for an open bar. lol

Incredible chapter. Penny's many reasons on breaking up with Leonard were all very true. I honestly believe Leonard would be happier with someone who's not out of his league like Penny, those two will never be enough for each other. I've never believed him to be 'in love' with Penny he always seemed more infatuated with her than anything, he said the same thing about Priya and look at where those two are right now along with Penny who used to be 'in love' with Kurt but has been able to get over him over time. Leonard even said so himself, the only reason he asked her out was to have sex with her...oh yeah thats totally true love right there. Down the road those two will continue to settle with each other, if Penny truly is head over heels for Leonard she would've accepted his (ring-less) proposal a long time ago. But he's just not The guy for BUT the writer's of the show seem to avoid that.

If Leonard were to ever dare himself to be unfaithful to her on the show he'd most likely get away with it and probably be in denial about it by finding some excuse to blame it on Penny instead. But I think he'd be way too afraid of letting go a girl as beautiful as her, most of the time just enjoys showing her off to others. Sorry for my rambling AGAIN. That ship just has so many problems that its hard NOT to point them all out.

I'm so excited to see Sheldon caring for her and being concerned over not being able to see her again due to the break up. I truly believe Sheldon would only want her to not break up with Leonard not exactly be side he thinks they're good for each other but mainly because of his schedule/routines changing, something he's always hated but eventually is proven to be able to get used to if under his own rules (ex. Amy). I love how those two always approach each other after something goes wrong within the group. So excited for more!
