That scene should appear one day on the show. It must have been epic.

Bobby Singer was the saving grace of John Winchester's boys.
| GaelicAngel chapter 2 . 7/3/2013
Well if I was Bobby I wouldn't have just threatened to shoot him I would have shot wasn't defonitaly not father of the year like ever but in away I think he tried to do his best while in a twisted way making sure his sons could defend themselves when they had to and as the season went man they needed it I like the take you did on what Bobby said and I think it came out just right. Love how Bobby sees them in this and it was a joy to read, awesome work and great writing as always.

Oh man I freakin loved this seeing as I am not a very big John fan and seriously what did he expect was gonna happen raising his kids the way he did. It surprises me that only Sam rebelled against him. Luckily they had Bobby there to watch out for them and help raise them.
Loved this one and I am off to read the next part.
Amazing piece as always and great work!

Awww, poor kids, love seeing Bobby and what he thinks about it all.
| masondixon chapter 2 . 7/1/2013
Loved these two chapters (although I am really a fan of John Winchester). Loved seeing this through Bobby's eyes and your description of the two boys.
And, oh, yeah, Loved the shotgun too!

Ah, I want to laugh and cry at the same time - and this is why the first time we see Bobby he has his gun ready... Yes, you can see the trouble that's to come in this preview. With only one comfort: Dean Winchester DID start to discover girls. Himself? Not so much.
Great chapters, dear. Perhaps you wanna follow me and write some sequels? There's surely a lot to say about that time in their lives :-)

Aw, such a beautiful and heartbreakingly likely characterisation of our boys.
"He watched the little shrimp clinging to his brother, the only person he trusted. Of course the kid was a handful; he was rootless, confused and unhappy." I can hear Bobby in these words, and even more in the last line, and I totally agree :-)
| DeansBabyBird chapter 2 . 7/1/2013
I bet that was a humdinger of an argument
| SupernaturallyEgocentric chapter 2 . 6/30/2013

Ha! So that's what brought that on! Very interesting. :D
Nicely done. :)
| Chick Feed chapter 2 . 6/30/2013
Go Bobby! Great drabble, intense heart string pulling stuff, then you get to that last line, and it made me want to cheer! :D

This fits so perfectly. Lovely job.
