O.O He just left Number One on the bed?! He didn't even have the decency to kill her with a nice, clean, mostly painless phaser blast, but instead opted to slice her stomach open and have her bleed to death?! Why the hell didn't she try to fight back or contact anyone, that is not an instantaneous way to die?!
