Not gonna lie, i was addicted throughout reading this. I liked the different take on the whole Rose/Master thing. Like how you chose to make it so Rose also doesn't remember the year that never was. Also the cuteness! Kudos!

I absolutely love this chapter! Not that the other chapters are brilliant, fabulous, magnificent et al, but there's something about this one that makes my tummy and chest feel all weird. But good weird.

Daaamn the conversation between the Doctor and the Master of what to do now is so good even after all these years. Amazing to reread.

I mean, honestly, I hated Martha when losing rose was so fresh, but with her experience with her parents' rocky relationship due to her father having a mistress, I really don't think Martha would really want a man that is clearly taken.

Just popping in real quick to say great series so far, I’ve been wondering if you’d actually change the whole Lizzie rage scene to reflect what we now know, because so many people don’t. I can only say I can’t wait to read about it whenever we get around to Day of the Doctor.

Yes! Loved this one so much! The way you wrote Martha did her so much justice (even more than the show gave her during this time). Rose getting into the Master's head was such an interesting take. You do such a great job of keeping to the source material while adding to it and not being a retread.

please oh please I'm begging you to come back and do series 4!

I have this habit of going off on a tangent when I leave reviews so without taking up too much of your time I just want to say this was brilliant. I’ve read rewrites in the past but yours is my favourite. I hated how Martha was at the beginning with Rose, something I don’t think some people address in other rewrites is that canon Martha did have a crush on the doctor so it would make sense for that to still be the case whether Rose was still around or not. I loved the progression between the characters, and the small changes you made to incorporate Rose without changing the original story too drastically. I can’t wait to read the rest of the series!

Hi! so i rarely review a story whilst I’m mid way through reading as I always get caught up and storm through and then leave a review when I’m finished but after this chapter I had to. it took me a moment when you introduced Nancy and then I was gobsmacked, I absolutely love how you worked her and Jamie into the story. It was such an unexpected little twist but after reading, I just wish we’d got this on the show too. I’ll continue reading now, I just needed to stop for a sec so I could say wow.

Pining her against a wall is definitely a priority you should focus on Doctor

Oh, Doctor...you idiot. For all you know she could have died the next week had she not come with you or have never been happy. You can't tell her what should make her happy or what she should do. That is for her to decide, not you. If she decided she's happier with you, you can't changed that.

I feel like Rose would know about that. The whole "I can't afford to make a fuss. It'll get me fired" thing. Especially with where she lived.

good gosh! this story is just so fantastic! I was bawling my eyes out over Rose and the Doctor especially in those last few chapters! my emoootionnnns! amazing read! gosh it's so late and I should have gone to bed forever ago but I HAD to finish reading! so good!
