Your story couldn't have come at a better time! I was just doing hw and then BAM it pops up! I was so happy I got an excuse to take a break. Great chapter, I loved the last line.

Thorki/Natasha its just agsusbsga...i cant even make sense anymore.
Hmm...ideas? How about they play truth, and they all take it in turns to admit to something or maybe you add some danger/excitment like a couple of thugs go into the woods and find Clintasha and the others turn up just in time to fight them off...i dunno im just rambling :)

Just a small idea: What would happen if one of the runaways got sick? Like if Clint got the flu or something?...They can't take him to the hospital, so what'd they do?

YAY AWESOME CHAPTER

This story is so cute! I just found it today, and I love it so much! I always like where the Avengers are kids, and I think you did a really good job getting their characters right for them being the age that they are. (cause naturally they wouldn't act the same way to situations when they get older) Great job!

At first I thought the creepy dude was someone there to kidnap Tony, but I really like the idea that Coulson works for Social Services. (I can almost see him getting chewed out by Fury for eventually deciding to adopt Clintasha for himself) The only thing I'm sad about for this story is that there's no Jane in it. I know she wasn't in the movie, and I love the fact that Thor and Loki fight over Natasha, but I am a Thor/Jane fan.

This is awesome and I can't wait for the next chapter! :D

Ohhhh, For a second there I thought Coulson was a serious creeper.

Bruce wasn't in this chaper. It seems like this will possibly affect Pepper later on...?

Oh, you just had to go and break my heart properly this time, didn't you?

Clint is heartbreaking in this chapter, from his bonding moment with Tony to his too-thin frame to his emotion-fuelled explosion at Pepper (yes, I know it was unfair to shout at her but he's just so TROUBLED and I can't deal with it, ok?). Plus, he ended up hugging both Tony and Pep in a single chapter, which makes me love him even more. I think you really developed his character well this chapter, in both a real and plausible manner; we're so used to seeing and loving funny, awkward, foot-in-mouth Clint, and you still maintained a glimmer of that with the 'inconspicuous' moment, but it's impossible not to love this angrier, more vulnerable, panicked side of him just as much. I hope to see this character exploration continue, but that said I hope there is also an opportunity to see more of the happier Clint again in future chapters.

Oh, Coulson. Though I admit I would love to see kid!Phil, I find your interpretation of him in this universe very clever and well-chosen. There is something very in-character about him, despite the AU nature of his persona, and I look forward to the direction in which his introduction will propel the story next. He is sure to put a spanner in the works, which should prove very interesting...

Bonus points? Tasha slapping Clint, the return of the Survival Steve nickname, Thor's failed attempt to comfort Tasha and, of course, Clintasha's telepathic conversation. Also, that last paragraph? Incredible.
