I still don't know what's going on between Sam and Danny but you are showing the same wonderful touch with in how Danny is handling (or not handling) this as in previous chapters.

Oh my goodness, this was an intense chapter. Angels in most shows are forces for enlightened Good. Hear you show Danny running afoul of their misguided attempts to destroy the portal. Even though we were forewarned in previous chapters, it gave me shivers down my spine on how it all came together.

I also liked the way you handled Jack. He's often played for laughs as a bumbling fool but you also showed that he's a great father besides being a quirky essentric. He might be oblivious about somethings but he must have seen that the news about Vlad has come as quite a shock to Danny if he's offered to let Danny stay home from school. You really did a great job describing Danny's reactions how sometimes in times of shock the mind focuses on little things like arranging the stuff on his desk.

I like the way you show that Danny is in the dark about the mysterious deaths but they still hit him hard.

I also wonder what's going on with Sam. Again you handle it with a light touch making realistic by not going into heavy explanation. It draws the reader on.

Poor Tucker- caught between his best friends. In the show I've often thought that Danny was the glue that held them together. You managed with a few lines after the story to show me that Tucker can be the one to fill that roll.

I couldn't help chucking at your description of Danny's doodles and his reaction the the high pitched frequency ring tone. It used the drive me nuts too when I was his age. I hated going into stores with security system with that sound. As a kid I didn't realize that my parents couldn't hear it and know that we had snuck off to watch TV even with the volume knob all the way down. You made a good point about his healing preventing him from losing his hearing in that register. -Part of my head-canon now.

I also laughed at Danny mistaking the Winchesters for Jehovah Witnesses. I hadn't thought of it before but the description fits.

Again the little tidbits at the end of the chapter well done.

I also applaud you meshing of the two series. The confusion of both the DP ghost side of things and the Angels on the Supernatural side of things was also well done.

I found this story in Saphirewimming's favorites in response to Super!Danny week. I've seen Supernatural but am primarily a Danny Phantom fan so perhaps it is not surprising that I particularly enjoy the 'Danny' parts.

In particular I love the humorous tone and couldn't help laughing at your description of the shed being used to 'frequently hide Danny's transformations and less frequently being used to hide the lawn mower'.

I also enjoyed the way you set the scene at the beginning of this chapter. I have to admit I thought the toaster idea was kind of cute - perhaps with a different design. I also like the way you succinctly filled the reader in on FentonWorks, Danny's approaching graduation, and his uncertainties of what to do after.

I'm impressed with how well you've gotten the tone of both series and quickly pulled your readers in. You show skill in how you work the additional meta-knowledge the reader has against Danny's ignorance of he situation. Since Danny is usually the one in the know, this was well done.

The little AN at the end was a nice touch.

Wow interesting story you've got here. The story flows very well and it's very easy to understand. The explanations that you gave about Dannys parents filled in a plot hole in canon that I've often wondered about.

I'm rather excited to see when the Winchesters and Danny finally meet face to face. Also the next time Danny sees Cas, will he have the same reaction? I also wonder what the brothers think to this point. Will you be exchaning point of views in the future?

I'm rather sad that you haven't updated for a long time and hope that you haven't abandoned and incredible story such as these. It's hard to find stories that does not focus on romance.

EEEEP! Okay, so this story is the ultimate bomb, please continue writing it. That was Cas, right? I assumed that Danny could see the angels, after you described in in depth long enough. i want to know what happens at the council meeting!

...Castiel, of course, and if he's working with the Winchesters he ain't with the guys upstairs, but Danny doesn't know that. This is all going to come to a head in a bad way.

Was going to do one big review at the end, but:
Okay, this? Is really, really good. It's really a proper world-fusion crossover between "lighthearted kids' show with occasional darker implications" Danny Phantom and "epic-scale dark urban fantasy, definitely not for kids" Supernatural. (Disclaimer: Matsuri is really only familiar with SPN through internet osmosis.) Maddie not flipping out at Danny bringing in the folder was effective foreshadowing for her being a Supernatural-verse hunter. And this is one heck of a lot darker than DP canon, which makes me suspect this is going to be more along the lines of SPN overall, which should be, ah, interesting.

Danny's recent flipping-out and so on: Spirits are information and drive given form. One of Danny's biggest drives since shortly after the accident has been "find Vlad, stop Vlad, try not to lose my temper when Vlad manipulates me yet again, outmaneuver Vlad, et cetera ad infinitum". And now the cause of said drive is gone, _his_ old nemesis is gone. Another big part of his personality - his weird relationship with Sam, which has gone up in flames. His sister Jazz, the only one of his blood relatives to know who and what he is, is off at college. Tucker still knows and remembers him, but he's off on vacation in Hawaii (and I'm going to tentatively call "Busman's Holiday" on that). Danny minus stabilizing influences equals mood swings from beyond the veil - oh, bad. And there is an interdimensional WAR starting, and the Ghost Zone is at least going to be a faction of it, and the demons haven't even gotten involved yet, and the Winchesters (*cough*disastermagnets*cough*) are in town... "Oh, bad" doesn't even begin to cover it.

Wow, I'm so sorry! I have had this up forever and just have not had time to give it the review I thought it deserves. Because duuuuuude this is super well done. I love this chapter.

Danny in the Winchester's room looking at them and about to pass judgement because THEY SHOULDN'T BE ALLOWED TO PASS JUDGEMENT on other supernatural creatures. Wow. That was such a powerful scene and then when he realizes what he was about to do and backs down and the irony there has such a huge consequence if he actually acted on it and I can see exactly where he's coming from although him following through with it would have been a very un-Danny like thing to do indeed. Glad he snapped out of that one.

But then your explanation of the eyes and how Danny saw Castiel and how that all worked with the different beings and a;sldkhfdsi that was excellent.

As is this entire story. and geez, it's about time I favorited this, don't you think? XP)

More please! So far I love it! Can you involve Sam and Dean more? Please!

Now Danny needs to have his phone disposed of a immediately and "accidentally" ruthless as possible. 'Cause as soon as that phone is connected to Danny or anyone ELSE(assuming Danniel doesn't password protect his phone) he knows, things will NOT be pretty for the Fentons. :l

Maddie has a plan there, but I can't but think how easier(or at least more efficient) it would be if all this supernatural stuff was made public. Then things would be standardized like regular crime, I dunno...Honestly though, I've never seen the show but from what I've seen in good fanfics the Winchesters are BEYOND bad knews. They seem pretty much the definition of "the road to hell is paved with good intentions". Man I'm reading a crossover but I'm dreading Danny and the rest meeting this guy. :p
