Great idea for a crossover story. I especially liked Janeway and Chakotay being interested in each other. That always seemed the obvious relationship to me.

I cannot help but wonder, doesn't Janeway know the book if she's playing an Austen program? Or is she only familiar with it through the program? :D It is a very plausible one, though, in comparison to the other holodeck programs we've seen - basically a very canonical way to do crossovers!
Also, coming from one who's made and worn Regency clothes: um, accentuating one's waist isn't what that particular fashion era does best. If you go a bit further up, on the other hand...
