You made a mistake. Qui-Gon was Dooku's Padawan. And Dooku was Yoda's Padawan. Which meant Qui-Gon was Yoda's grandpadawan.

Canonically, Bant is a Mon Calamari. Like that guy in Return of the Jedi who says "It's a trap!" She looks like a walking squid, and probably thinks Obi-Wan looks equally not attractive.
