| Lisa chapter 22 . 3/15/2017 Jack and Ennis have such a lovely realationship. Mainly due to the fact that they are on the same page & want the same thing since day one. I think that was why the movie was so heartbreaking, they wanted different things despite the fact they do love each other. Jack wants a sweet life while Ennis just wants them to be safe. I love how you incorporated the 2 shirts into this story, how they each have something to hold on to at sweet. I am very fond of their fathers too, not at all homophobic and supportive of their sons. Captain is also another character I love, so supportive and wise. Just having a boss like that during that time is so essential. |

| Lisa chapter 9 . 3/15/2017 Just a quick note Hong Kong was a British colony from 1841 to 1997. So pretty much everything is written in both Traditional Chinese and in English, including all street address. Also, there are lots of experts living here. So you can get around and able to communicate quite well with only English. I know because I am an expat currently living here in HK. ;-) |
