Dark... I like it XD. I like you the fact that you are still here. This chapter was amazing and you are one of the best writers here.

Don't worry at all about not updating! Those exams sound super stressful, and, even though I'm not exactly in your situation, I just had some AP exams, so I can relate to what you're going through. Hopefully you'll have lots of time to write once your exams are over
As for this chapter itself, yeah, it got really dark. Cade definitely isn't a nice guy, and we really got to see the unpleasant side of the Games in this chapter. Alexandra is actually one of my favorite victors in a long time. She's crafty and resilient, unwilling to give up. It was very clever of her to target the Careers from within the alliance, and it looks like she would have done very well, had she not been discovered so soon. Carlos and his friends saving the day was a great way to end the chapter, and it was nice to see a strong, outer-district tribute win the Games, which hasn't happened very often recently, I think

Sorry for the late review
I saw insurgent and hue eclipse
I'm loving the story as always but I would really like itif you did some more non-career tributes
I have been reading the story backwards and the las 4,5 have been careers
Thanks for reading this, keep on writing the way you do

I enjoyed this chapter, and I liked seeing the resurgence of the Cato family, which has been dominating the Games ever since they first began. I was a little surprised that Remus was able to train so much in just one year, but his family seems to have superior levels of intelligence, so I guess it is possible. The use of poison was interesting, and I guess the other Careers were really dumb enough to just eat it up
And I saw Insurgent as well :)

Great chapter. It was interesting to see that sort of a sponsor gift.
I would like the SYOT story, I'd help with that and I also saw Insurgent.
| Jemmie chapter 91 . 3/21/2015
First review in a long while, despite following (and enjoying) every chapter. Just wanted to point out - why hasn't this been done in the past? Its rare for poison to be a sponsored item, so it has to be costly, right?
| santiago.poncini20 chapter 91 . 3/21/2015
I really like Remus!
| Lady Lysa Arryn chapter 91 . 3/21/2015
I saw the eclipse and got to go out of school for a few minutes to see it.
A nice career I always feel bad for the second child who lives in the shadow of the older sibling.
| Lady Lysa Arryn chapter 90 . 3/19/2015
She is a good victor not my favourite but definitely had the qualities.
I would like to do something like 24 author syot thing
| sillymoose13 chapter 90 . 3/18/2015
I enjoyed this chapter, but I just felt like we were missing some details. Why did Diamond, a tribute from District 1 (and almost definitely a Career) ally with a younger girl from District 11? And it just didn't make sense that Apple would be able to sleep for 8 hours straight, with loud noises of Brutus being tortured in the background. I don't know, but I feel like some parts could have been explained a little better
I think a 24 authors, 24 tributes thing would be fun, but I'm not sure if I have any time to commit to writing at the moment. I've barely been able to keep up with reviews of the stories that I follow
| santiago.poncini20 chapter 90 . 3/18/2015
I am interested in an SYOT :p
Do you like this part? Did you liked more this or Caines?

I really enjoyed this chapter! Kiernan was a likable winner, and I enjoyed seeing the unconventional conflict between the Career alliance. The issue he posed about killing and revenge was also interesting; did the two Careers deserve to die because they turned on their allies? But I don't think it really matters anyway, as only one can survive the Games, and Kiernan wasn't going to let one of those two become the victor
| sillymoose13 chapter 88 . 3/15/2015
I enjoyed this chapter. Caine was a likable victor with a tragic backstory, and I was happy to see him win the Games. I like the mountainous arena, and I was really amazed by the ending; I didn't expect Circe to kill both the bear and herself. I wish we got a little more information about Odessa, as I think she is a very interesting character. It can't be easy to manipulate many people into risking their lives to fight the Careers
| Burning Stars chapter 88 . 3/15/2015
The Career/Anti-Career battle must have been epic, especially since Odessa was the chess master behind it all. How very conniving of her.
Caine seems like one of those people who's too nice to usually do well in the Games, and especially when he mentioned that he feels lucky, he seems almost surprised that he's survived this long. Definitely lucky for Circe to make the decision that she did, although her motives remain a mystery to me. Did she want to be seen as a martyr? Did the arena finally get to her, and she just wanted out? Panem may never know.
Anyways, nice to see District 11 with another victor, especially after going so long without one.
