Its interesting. Though I will say I'm rather saddened that Naruto's Sage made has so many obvious weaknesses now. Shame honestly. Though I can see how at this stage its better to have him unable to just waltz througha battlefield if only to make fights more interesting. Another thing you might want to do is have his Sage mode slowly get stronger to the point where he can indeed just waltz through a battlefield, waltz throught he void of space like its nothing. Just a thought. And mostly since it seems Sage mode is his main thing in this story instead of some other stuff. And I like that personally. So I just thought it would be cool if it was a metamorphosizing skill, or evolving skill that as he gets better and better gets stronger and stronger until Pain is literally merely a pain and not an issue.

Plz let Naruto's sage mode not have weaknesses. Considering that's its basically all he knows in this story its his main power. No point in weaknesses. Also he could take all that amazing stuff so easy because he was already more mature and could use his 9 tails chakra somewhat.

Just go the "Akatsuki is all female" route and have fun. I mean why not. Obito was a girl and was all yuri about Rin lol.

Realism isn't needed. What's needed is good writting. We need reasons for things. Explanations and details. Not just a random personality and outfit change and out of nowhere power boost. What you got here has the potential for a right proper well explained power story.
