| Beautifulbat chapter 1 . 7/1/2020
That was better than seeing Ariel making a deal with Ursula and take away her voice in the original film
| laelruin chapter 1 . 5/6/2020
LOL! All in the name of a happy daughter and grandkids. ;)
| Nyumun chapter 1 . 3/11/2019
| Malkin Nott chapter 1 . 12/5/2018
If only things were that simple. I know there would be ups and downs on their courtship as well!
| Raye of the Sunshine chapter 1 . 2/4/2017
This was a charming story. I'm glad that King Triton was calm and reasonable, and Flounder also made some good points. Ariel and Eric getting to know each other in a safe, relaxed way was also a nice touch. I really love your stories and the way you write, so I look forward to reading more of your stuff.
| secretwhovianpony chapter 1 . 12/6/2016
Aw! While not giving us the delightful movie we all know and love to some degree, I kinda wish the movie went this way. Its so much more adorably fluffy!
| IchikoKitsuneKoumori chapter 1 . 9/17/2016
This is awesome! So happy
| maripaz6 chapter 1 . 9/11/2016
Very sweet. I liked the difference of what would happen if Triton found out first-hand, rather than from Sebastian. Good story :)

| Smiling Seshat chapter 1 . 8/2/2015
D'aww, that was perfect!
| fanofthisfiction chapter 1 . 3/11/2015
I love how you managed to capture the love, concern, and hope between a father and a daughter here. The way it is told gives you that warm, fuzzy feeling inside. Written in appropriate fairytale fashion, this is was a wonderful happily ever after tale!
| Sony Boy chapter 1 . 12/16/2014
Hahahahhahaha, the most passive and easiest of all eric/ariell/ fic ive ever read. Last line was brilliant
| BlueRubyBeat chapter 1 . 12/8/2014
If King Triton reacted like this for real...the movie would be pretty short! :/ Funny and cute story!
| Miriam1 chapter 1 . 12/3/2014
All it took was less storming, yelling, hiding, lying... The father and daughter actually communicated, rather than commanding and rebelling.
It was a much shorter story, but the ending is far more satisfying. And nothing needed to be stolen, and no one needed to be killed. It's a beautiful thing.
| Smile Black chapter 1 . 11/10/2014
oooh so cute :)
