I really like this. It's good enough that I think the only thing I'd change is a few word choices here and there, and not anything to tweak, say, the plot. (I can be very nitpicky.)

This is a very good start. Already changes, but still very recognizable as the same story. Crucially, it seems that you've done worldbuilding that Rowling neglected/glossed over. (And actually made most of it yourself instead of just copying lots of other fanfiction.)

Firstly, welcome back. I've just read through the story for the first time and really enjoyed it. I hope that you do find the inspiration to come back to this story as often as able, it's fantastic and I'm really interested to see where it goes and how quickly. That said, I can imagine that the next few chapters would be difficult - what with the Royal visit and potentially the Wizengamot coming up as soon as Dumbles thinks he can use it to regain possession of Harry.
