| UndergroundDaydreams chapter 6 . 10/21/2013 Poet shirts are those blousey, ruffly things - both Jareth and Sarah seem fond of them. They were really popular in the 90s here in America. And "magick" is just an unofficial alternate spelling. I suppose it seems more ornate and magical? Maybe like vampire vs. vampyre? In a recent story, I had Sarah use "vampire" and Jareth use "vampyre" on purpose, just because it was entertaining (to me). ;) |

On a side note, I always get this "wait, what?" reaction when I come across modern references in Labyrinth fanfic. It never fails to throw me off. I saw the movie when I was nine and it was 1987, so it's all wrapped up in the 80s in my head. Haha. :) |
