I love, lust after, and covet your Snape. He is amazing. This whole story is really good, but your Snape, especially, is exactly as a Snape should be... in every way. Brava. |
| Mara Roberts chapter 4 . 9/25/2006 I really liked the first two chapters (awesome!), but the Granger's murders seemed random and pointless, and while the hurt/comfort scene was very well written, the pacing of their relationship seems disjointed, as the first two chapters are a slow, steady build-up and the last did not seem like a culmination of that but rather a jump too far ahead. Maybe I'll feel differently once I read Snape's POV, but it just seems wooden and artificial from Hermione's. Still, you have a very fine sense of detail. I love how Snape thought of everything in regards to the practicalities of Hermione being at the Dursely's, and how Hermione kept going through the motions until she hurt herself. Is Hermione suffering from Post-Traumatic Stress wherein she's lost all physical sensation - a medical condition that could be long or short term? And does she get her feeling back? When Snape sent that owl, I half expected that he had rescued her family and faked their deaths, which would of course help propel their romance. ::cries:: I love happy endings. Oh well. All right then, onward to 'The Forging'! |
