Great use of pre-existing dialog! Just exactly what I wanted to know. You did a great job on that scene! How could she think she would never see him again (or how could she not WANT to see him again)? So am I right in thinking he wouldn't have gone to Manchester if she would have married him? Oh I want to hear SO much more!

Gosh, this chapter was pretty emotional! I loved the flashback, which was heart aching and beautiful. So far you've really nailed their characterizations. I can't wait to read more!
