The terrible tropes and cliches are bad enough, but I can't deal with any more of the canon rehash.

I very much apreciate the editing and update, well done. Hope the other books of the heritage series get the same treatment soon.

Wtf would 'flarigate' mean, anyway?! FLAGRATE obviously means something to do with fire! Would 'flarigate mean open the gate?

I guess I internally put the 'process', or technicality, before the plot. I don''t know how anyone can write a 332K story and two sequels, if you can't keep "to, too, and two" straight? I don't intend it in a mean way. I literally cannot conceive beginning to write (which is WHY I haven't written my own) without rereading all seven books, taking more notes than would fill a book itself, having every name, spell, and incantation perfect.
PLUS perfect spelling, diction, etc. Present author excluded, I swear some people use voice dictation, spew out their fic, and don't bother to proofread what hit the page. It's THAT bad.
But then, I've been saying I was going to quit reading Harry Potter for five (?) years, now. Move on to something with substance. Maybe the Harvard Five Foot Book Shelf. or all of Shakespeare?
But I just LIKE fanfiction SO MUCH!
