i can't make it through this after all. just so much self satisfied and ultimately pointless pedantry, worse than GRRM. i believe reviews are for potential readers, not writers. so, readers, skip this. i am bashing my head agains the walls for a shred of character development and effective editing. so much excessive sideplotting and possible self insertion just for author to show off historical knowledge irrelevant to main plot. UGH

Absolutely brilliant! I loved almost everything about this story. You write combat scenes extremely well. The tension is held while it is easy to follow where everyone is and what they are doing.

I loved the pairings. I also loved what you did with the first two tasks. I loved how you resolved some of JK’s plot-holes too.

I didnt love how much sleep i lost from not being able to put this down XD

Yeah, its official, this is just your personal wish granting circle jerk of 1. Harry Potter with a loving adoptive family does NOT get attached to his godfather he doesn't even know during the first meeting, and he certainly does NOT share his biggest fing secret. You really enjoy making Harry act like the love starved cannon character, well all I can say is get bent because its incredibly poor writing to force this crap.

The part that makes the least sense is how good at unstructured magic you've made Hermione. Hermione the control freak that won't cast a spell until she knows everything about it in theory, knows more wandless spells than Harry? Like, what? She had her skills in canon, but canon Harry was actively trying not to stand out, was constantly distracted by Ron who he was desperately trying to maintain a friendship with, and still skilled enough to stand out in his classes. Now you have a Harry that actually studies, and you took away all of his talent to make Hermione the smart one? Hermione would be the smart one on theory and application alone, but in actually casting spells she shouldn't actually know more than Harry, who has the talent to not need to seriously study. Hermione is smart and resourceful, Harry is the talent. It's not that complicated.

You know what author! This work is so damn good. But then you have your characters being careless and stupid for no God damn reason! Why?

This has been a wonderful story! I love the idea of Kitten Harry and the adventures that he has had. A beautiful and well thought out plot. Enough differences to make it a unique story. I found myself needing to take a break between years and read something else for a bit. This story was just so much and so very detailed. It naturally needed to be broken up to enjoy it fully.

Not really sure how i am feeling so far. Seems to be good writing and hopefully the tory is the same i see some promise.

i was confused on why barty crouch jr was saying allonz-y at first, but you did actively mention dr who, and the actors line up. are you trying to say, are you looking me in the eye and trying to say that the doctor himself is a deatheater?

So binge reading this. But like why am I expecting slash hoping for a malfoy turning to the light arc, really hoping it will be similar to Zukos in ATLA where it's slow enough and awesome enough that you don't actually lose the character of the person
