The armor looks feminine so "she" is understandable, but how could she know other things if her power was fully blanked?.

Also Brian said "judging by how she talked", but she never said a word to them? And Tt couldn't "hear the shyness" because of that either..

Gosh I loved this. If there is a singular nitpick of this great story is that the fully realised tennnos are to weak. However, considering this was started before the new war, that is simply what they were like at the time. Might write an image as a tribute sometime, I was just that entertained

One of the reasons Undersiders went there was because their base, which is located in The Docs area nearby, was close, and they were visiting The Market anyway, which is in the same spot. It would be way more logical for Wards to go to the mall or the boardwalk instead, as both are much closer.

Ratings are not for power measurement, they represent a threat level for an average PRT trooper. The category (Brute, Shaker, etc.) approximates what the parahuman can do, while the number represents how hard they're to deal with.
