I think you're confusing peace with quiet.

I'm picturing the girl from The Ring.

Honestly this chapter makes naruto seem weak. He wanted to save the village so he moved the Princess away so he could fight without creating excess damage, is he so weak that he can't beat Azula without being able to control himself from causing splash damage? Then he decides to ressurect her even though she probably tortures and kills innocents all the time as long as they don't bow down before 'her holiness'. Not to mention he could've just destroyed the ships that the fire nation traveled in, for someone who apparently can kill without hesitation, was raised a shinobi whose first real world lesson was how to kill, him going so weak on fire nation and letting them attack the village and probably kill innocent villagers in the fight just to spare some warriors who wouldn't bat an eyelash at genecide. I guess you want to keep things tense and keep important characters alive, but if you do intend to have naruto ignore evil, then don't have him in the next paragraph say that he can't stand injustice, make him actually apathetic and not just wishy washy and situational apathy.

Naruto is so wishy washy and is obviously so unconsciously sexist that as soon as he sees azula he is suddenly scared of fighting?

You should be a manga writer... your characters are almost always ridiculously flawed and exaggeratedly inept in certain ways. You are a good writer, but you have a Naruto who has lived for 500 years and he is still pathetically inept at reading people in many situations and not just conscious that he can be overcome, but almost cowardly.

This story is so inconsistent with Naruto's strength and the notion of him holding back cannot be used to explain any of it.

He is supposedly over two thousand years old, and yet he cannot be more stronger than Madara. He has the Juubi, The Rinnegan, The Sharingan, Has unlocked his regeneration again, Has near infinite chakra (that's an undersell because Madara had infinite when he absorbed the Juubi) has MILLENNIA of years of combat experience and time to get stronger...And yet mere benders can give him a fight? Azula? JUNE? A SHIRSHU? Makes absolutely NO sense, but then you go right around and call him a gOd a aVatAr oF tHe GoDs. His power does. not. reflect. I'm just annoyed at the very inconsistency of you proclaiming his supposed strength but will go around and make him get beat by a Shirshu, which at the time he HAS REGENERATION.

ALSO. June has a Hiraishin on her arm. He literally COULD OF TELEPORTED TO HER. Instead of overthrowing the Earth King and wasting time AND preventing her implied Rape.

It can hardly be expected that this story will continue even one letter. Seriously! The dude has TWO HUNDRED stories, NONE of which are finished. I don't think you need to be a great math here to follow the obvious pattern.

It did take at least two years. Though when you consider your health problems and the amount of stories you have... not exactly surprising.
