great start i look forward to read what else you have planned

This seems like it could be a really good fic. You just need to put more description and detail into the story. Chapters are rather short and they seem a bit rushed, more like a skeleton of a chapter, as if you haven't fleshed it out yet.
Otherwise I quite like this, I prefer it over the other MassEffect/CodeGeass fic at the very least.

I imagine that the reason Cornelia is still alve after so long (and probably fit healthy and fairly young looking) is an extreme advancement in medical technology.
I would not be surprised if that were the case considering that for the last however many years they have not had any sort of war whic would mean an advancement in other areas.

And then there is always the fact that lelouch knew the likelyhood of when they did have a first contact scenario it could go either way. And so prepared for an hard contact this would mean that he prepared for hard contact which means the advancement in military technology as well as military doctrine and a very large amount of Thursday wars.

Now burn trough the Batarians and the Turians in a Holy crusade! :)

This chapter is nice but there are more questions. Namely, how is Cornelia still alive? Did she take C.C.'s code and become immortal? Also what are the standards for a Britannian warship? With the Citadel classifications seems dependent on size and power of the main gun, while Earth naval traditions rely on ship tonnage and purpose for classification.

Also what is the standard military technology? Radiant shielding matched with Hadron Cannons.

I like the overall setup, but there is quite a bit that confuses me, namely events around Shanxi.

First it was clearly stated by one human that they know what relays but that they didn't want to activate the one around Shanxi. This is fine until the other human asks why they aren't, indicating that they on occasion do use relays. This raises a host of questions. Do humans use the relays regularly or on special exception? Why do they not want to use the shanxi relay? And why is the relay close enough to Shanxi to be a moon? Aren't they usually on the edge of a system?

One also has to wonder what the state of Brittania's military is. Your summary explains that they have not had a major war in over a century. So has their military been reduced to a peacekeeping force, or do they maintain a strong standing army?
