Another delightful chapter. Covering the natural incredulity on the Colonial's side and a very human partying on the Alliance's side of the story. Some wonderful humor sprinkled in that felt natural, like Mal's and Alex's conversation and then the line about dealing with children and the Quorum. I thought that bit was perfect. A good set up chapter establishing each side's mentality before the actual meeting comes about. Loving the journey, hope to see more. Thank you for writing it.

These hypermines will keep the fleet safe when they find a home, i bet salvage from their home planets would be very profitable. Also, great forward position to act from.
I wonder if using cylon tech, they can give the brain ships organic bodies to use instead of robotic..

Another wonderful chapter. I thought it was a brilliant move on who was going to be sent to the Colonials. It made sense, so much so that I've got to wonder why more authors don't take that approach. The chapter was rounded out with the meeting going on at Galactica, with the speaking freely part placing a smile on my face, the irony of her statement was delightful. A great chapter of meetings leading up to more as this sage unfolds.

This is a fantastic beginning! Love the inclusion of The Fleet, and what you choose to include of that series, the Battlestation, the history, albeit alternate, and the ship/brawn partnership. Your own nice touches, with a happily married couple, are an added spice to a great mix already. Good first meeting, the hope on the Colonial side was great to read, you expressed it well, humorous too with the gods must have something against us part. That was certainly a roller-coaster ride for them up with hope, down with despair several times. All well done and I look forward to the next chapter. Bravo sir!

very good beginning for the Story, Both The Cylons and the Lizards, will have a very nasty Surprise when The Alliance full military might falls upon them , and Crush them . Cant hardly wait for the next chapter .
