Everyone pray that rwby finds a new home. And that for good or ill, the characters and the show stay the same as we've come to know and love them.

Came to here too when I heard the news. RT is the first YouTube channel I watched consistently, realized great shows can also exist on the internet, hell, RWBY was the reason I started writing and reading fanfics. It hurts to see it go, but honestly, with every controversy that came out, maybe it was for the best i guess. Still, a part of me hopes they can somehow go the CollegHumor route and make a comeback, or even get somw of their stuff picked up from other creators. I'll never forget the memories they gave me for most of my life up to this point.

It is a shame, but hopefully someone buys RWBY (perhaps Amazon) and they continue the show. Plus, you could always do your own ending. Your story isn't 100% canon compliant anyway, so it can go any direction you please once you finish V9. That's sort of what I'm plannong on doing with my own story. At the very least, if they don't make a V10, the creators may well post "What Could Have Been" stuf with Monty's notes and show what they has planned. They HAD said they had a plan for the ending at least.

It really is sad to see these companies close down. However, things come and go. But their legacy lives on.

Glad this story is back and updated. I def understand the lack of motivation sometimes in updating stories especially after leaving them for a bit. I do hope you finish this though as it has an interesting storyline. Keep it up!

Not going to lie. These last few chapters make everyone ooc, and it's just kind of dumb.

How the heck did Yang get blackmailed and made into his team's maid when Cardin is at most a typical school bully with nothing else going on for him? She'd just kick his ass if he actually threatened Ruby. The only one that was actually threatened by Cardin in any way was Juane, and he would have been fine if he had just stood up for himself. When did Juane start acting like a know it all older brother to where he feels like he could hit someone for their mistakes? That seems more like a Pyrrha or Weiss thing.

This whole little mini-arc is wholly unnecessary. While it's your story to write as you like, these are all already established characters, and unless you explained it somewhere I didn't see, I don't understand why the characters acted as they did.

You had me solidly, up until I saw the RubyxWeiss Pairing. I might still read. But Not quite yet.
