I liked the story but to me this is not a sora x tai fic cause he does not get with the actual sora

When I first started this fic I thought it was a time travel fic with sora regretting her choice

Hey, the story was really good, the ending was great too. But if you had done something like this, after Sora rejected Tai for Matt, her Digivice stopped working because she wasn't acting up to her crest,because even though she never realized it, she never stopped loving Tai above all,when she sees him and the other Sora kissing, she is sad, desolate and extremely jealous,As time goes by, she doesn't know what else to do, she finds an old photo of her with her, Tai and the others on the beach and in the photo,Tai is a little wet, she gets a little excited and she hears her mind saying, "What's the matter? You're a teenager, no one needs to know. And you know you want this, don't you?" Sora then starts to masturbate while looking at Tai's picture, but she doesn't notice Matt entering the room and he sees the scene, with that, he left Sora's house, she tries to go to him, but Matt decides it's best for them to break up, as they both know he's not the one Sora wants. When the Other Sora finds out after talking to Matt, she goes to her old house and slaps Sora hard in the face. Infuriated she says like this;"YOU ARE TOO IMMORAL,YOU BITCH! WHAT THE FUCK WAS YOU THINKING?! YOU REJECT TAI AND NOW THAT HE FINALLY GETS A GIRLFRIEND AND STARTS TO BE ABLE TO MOVE ON AND BE HAPPY,YOU REPENT AND CHEATED YOUR BOYFRIEND?! THE TAI IS MINE NOW, MINE ONLY! YOU HAD YOUR CHANCE THAT TIME, IT WAS YOUR FAULT YOU LOST HIM! STAY AWAY FROM HIM, DO YOU HEAR ME?!" Sora starts to cry, she realizes that she exaggerated a little, so they talk a little and their relationship improves a little and they start to act more like real sisters. But when they go to the pyramid, the Other Sora ends up dying but before she dies, but she tells Tai that she will always love him, even if he marries another woman, she will always love him for all eternity and Tai answers her smiling and saying that even if he manages to fall in love with another woman, for all eternity, she will always be the woman he loved most in his entire life, they then,share their last kiss before she disappears into a pile of dice in Tai's arms.

With this, he is very shaken, the months pass and Tai no longer bothers to hide his suffering, after a while, Sora decides to fix things and confesses to him and tells him she loves him, but Tai can't bring himself to take the risk of losing Sora again, so breaking his own heart even more, he lies saying he doesn't love her, but Sora knows he's got lying to see the sadness in his eyes, when she finds him in their secret place, Sora gives a heartfelt speech about how much she loves him and promises Tai that she will never leave him again and who won't die, Tai then decides to try a third time and kisses her, accepting her as a girlfriend,As time passes, Tai's personality returns to normal, but without fully recovering, so there is an epilogue in the last chapter showing the future and them visiting the Other Sora's grave which was made in their special place as a tribute and they always visit her every year on the day of her death.

The way you wrote the story, made it seem like it would take a similar path (but this is just my personal idea), but the end of the story was also wonderful, congratulations!

I don’t know if I’m reviewing this will give some impact considering it’s been ages. But for the piece of my mind here it is :

You’re doing great with the idea of the story. Tai’s heartache kinda deep for me. You also write nicely to a very minimum almost non typo/error. I like the fluffiness that you lay out through out the story. And i love taiora and sorato equally which i only want both boys end up with sora and only her. And that’s literally you have it here. Pretty stingy, aren’t we? Lol

I read a very similar (not the same) story before i read yours. I don’t remember the title. But the idea of the story and the story line pretty much similar except the ending. Since the other story is still ongoing till now if i’m not mistaken. Double sora from the copy of datamon’s pyramid, tai’s broken heart, tai end up dating with the new sora, dinner with sora’s parents, etc. But on the other story, the new sora is a bad digimon (lilithmon i think), it revealed in the middle of the story, and matt was made kinda “betraying” them on how he and sora can end up together so sora got mad at him then sora go for Tai and taiora end up together. I felt a like dejavu when i first read yours but along the way i know it’s a different story. Probably the other author inspired by yours which is a good thing, i think.

Despite the goodness of your story, i don’t really comfortable with some of things. First, both Sora’s characters is really out of it. It’s not hers, especially Sor. I know you kinda make that she’s changed but too drastic. She was the bearer of love and the mother of the group. Always care the others and a pretty selfless person. Here she just.. not her. Then the idea of Mimi having crush with Matt is kinda pointless if nothing’s happened because of it, nobody knows about it (except Sora) and no drama. Then she moved on to Joe. Just like that. Then the enemy seems forgotten from the beginning until nearly the end of the story. I don’t notice how Sora is actually “born”. Did you explained it? And how Tai’s noticed some “distant and strange” expressions from Sora is still mysterious. And at then end, how Tai and Sor make up being a best friend, the idea of them kissing each other in the lips (twice), though it’s a friendly kiss, kinda not suits.

There are probably other things that i want to mentioned but i kinda forgot and i’ve wrote too long here. Haha. Sorry. All and all, it’s a good story and you are a nice writer. Hope you write more. Good job.

And my point proven. Buildup for nothing. What second chance was there then.

Sorry if this offends. I don't know why I'm bothering with this considering the age of the story. But I really can't believe how big of a copout this is. If you were going for this from the start I don't knwo what ta say. After all of that angst and drama. So Mimi suddenly has a new love interest. Sor is still gonna be with Matt. Tai gets to be happy with Sora. Wow. This is basically not committing to anything. It just seems like rampant wish fulfillment and a copout to everyone.
