Everybody was taking turns talking about what they thought about the chapter.

Karl just rolled his eyes after I said that.

after the book club meeting was over there was a knock at the door and I went to go answer it. It was Wes.

"Hey Avery You ready to go bowling?" he asked "Yeah." I said "Just let me get my jacket."

Karl's POV:

"I can't believe she's going out with HIM." I said to myself as they left
